Founded in the year of 2000, Shanghai Highbird Fabric Structures Co., Ltd. (Highbird) is one of the earliest professional membrane structure companies in China which specialize in the design, fabrication and installation of membrane structures, tents and inflatable structures. With independent import and export rights, Highbird also exports membrane structure products to overseas markets and establishes related projects for foreign customers.

Our production base is situated at Minhang District of Shanghai with an area of about 20,000 square meters which takes a leading place in this industry at home. Till now, our factory has utilized fabrication facilities such as two PVC membrane fabrication production lines, two PTFE membrane fabrication production lines and a metal processing workshop. With the most advanced and large-scale membrane fabrication equipment in China, our annual output top about 400, 000 square meters.

Our company is one of the earliest specialized companies which are equipped with foreign advanced membrane structure techniques and gain strong design capabilities and extensive experience. Engineering analysis and design are all done by specialized computer software especially six sets of original designed software we own, which maintains a leading position in domestic industry. All the characteristics of membranes and fabrics are tested by special testing equipment to make sure that the design results of structure analysis are more reliable.

We constantly aim at overcoming more design challenges, and attach importance to construction quality and technical management. We have attained ISO certification and carry it out in daily business and production. Our factory possesses the most advanced membrane test equipment at home. All membrane shall be tested before fabrication and be fabricated in the special workshop to make sure the quality of membrane fabrication.
